  • Why can’t you provide the alcohol?

    The short answer is Tennessee Law. The longer answer is by us not providing the alcohol you avoid the traditionally high alcohol markup associated with mobile bars and ensures you exactly the type of liquor you want. This helps us pass the savings onto you! It also reduces liability all around. A win-win.

  • How many people can you serve at my event?

    As many as you like! We do highly recommend an additional bartender for groups of 50+. If you wish to add another bartender you can as an “add-on” after booking.

  • How much alcohol should I bring?

    It depends entirely on the number of guests and duration. Use the alcohol calculator below to determine what may be right for you. We are always here to help and offer any recommendation - https://www.evite.com/pages/party/drink-calculator/

  • What kind of alcohol should I bring?

    We will work with whatever you provide! However, we suggest non-flavored alcohol as it works best for our mixers and craft cocktail recipes.

  • Where can you set up?

    Our super compact and organized bar design makes it easy for us to accommodate any space. We have serviced a ton of Airbnbs, homes, offices, outdoor spaces, and really anywhere you can imagine. We require no electrical or water connection, just point to where you want it and we handle the rest!

  • How long is the setup process and when will you arrive?

    Bartender Only - 10 minutes before scheduled booking

    Zoom Bar Basic - 20 minutes before scheduled booking

    The Zoom Bar Experience - 30 minutes before scheduled booking

  • What if I need to cancel?

    There is a lot of prep and resources that goes into every booking. We ask that you please give us a cancellation notice as soon as possible. A 50% refund will be issued within a 48 hour cancellation and no refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the booking.

  • Are your bartenders license?

    All our bartenders are licensed with the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes we do carry general liability insurance and can offer a certificate upon request.
